Wickle Fried Pickles
Fried pickles are a delicious and easy appetizer or snack to make at home. They are made by coating dill pickles in a batter and then frying them until they are golden brown. Wickle pickles are a great choice for fried pickles because they are already packed with delicious flavor.
To make homemade fried pickles, you will need the following ingredients:

1 jar of Wickle pickles
1 cup of all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon of salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
½ teaspoon of red pepper
2 egg, beaten
2 cups buttermilk
Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions:
Preheat vegetable oil in a dutch oven or frying pan to 350F.
Drain the pickles and pat them dry.
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper.
In another bowl, whisk together the egg, buttermilk, and a splash of the Wickle Pickle brine.
Dip the pickles in the egg mixture, then coat them with the flour mix.
Place the coated pickles on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
