Korean Gochujang Wings

Korean Gochujang Wings are a delicious and easy-to-make dish that is perfect for any occasion. These wings are grilled to perfection and coated in a flavorful gochujang sauce. They are sure to be a hit with your friends and family!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of chicken wings

  • 1/4 cup of gochujang

  • 1/4 cup of honey

  • 1/3 tbsp of soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp of brown sugar

  • 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tsp of sesame oil

  • 2 minced garlic cloves

  • 1 knob of minced/grated ginger

  • 1/4 tsp of black pepper

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 teaspoon of sesame seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the gochujang, soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, black pepper, and salt.

  2. Combine over low heat.

  3. Salt and pepper chicken wings.

  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.

  5. Grill the chicken wings for 10-12 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

  6. Toss in your sauce. Garnish with sesame seeds.

  7. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
